Creditsafe, the business intelligence experts, has been named as one of the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in the 2012 Sunday Times publication. The company has been identified as one of leading Welsh medium-sized employers, based on employee feedback and a comprehensive analysis of employee relations and engagement.
Cato Syversen, CEO of Creditsafe, said: “It’s a fantastic achievement for us to break into this illustrious group of businesses. We’ve been knocking at the door in recent years and it’s great that our commitment to our staff has now been recognised with this accolade. I have often said that my ambition is to build a workplace where people want to come to work on a Monday morning not because they need to but because they want to. If we can build a company where everyone is striving to be both happy and fulfilled then we will build a company that delivers successfully for its staff, customers and shareholders.”
“With just two Welsh companies in this Top 100 list we are proud to be doing our bit to help in making Wales a motivated and rewarding place for employers and employees alike .”
Creditsafe also received ‘One Star Status’ accreditation from Best Companies for its high levels of employee engagement particularly reflected in its high scores in the survey for factors related to “My Company”. This represents a further evolution in the company’s performance as last year the company was highlighted in the category 'Ones to Watch'.
The Sunday Times base its score on a number of factors, including leadership, management, personal growth, wellbeing, team dynamic, employer contribution, company engagement and company benefits.
Creditsafe is the only business information supplier to be named a Best Company to Work For by The Sunday Times.
